Crafted on the remote Isle of Harris in Scotland, this gin captures the essence of its maritime surroundings. Distilled in small batches, it features sustainably hand-harvested Sugar Kelp seaweed from the island’s sea lochs, lending a delicate, oceanic character. Complemented by a selection of botanicals—including juniper, coriander, cubebs, cassia bark, angelica root, bitter orange peel, orris root, and liquorice—it delivers a refined and complex flavor profile that speaks to its coastal origins.  

On the palate, Isle of Harris Gin is exceptionally smooth, with bright citrus and warm spice wrapped in a subtle saline note from the Sugar Kelp.
